[origin: WO0075465A1] The invention concerns a device comprising a pivot including a meshing zone and whereto is fixed a latch, and a removable key (3) comprising a meshing zone with pin(s) to co-operate with a ramp of said element or of the pivot, the respective meshing zones capable of fitting into each other when the pin (33) is slid in the ramp towards the latch, and not capable of being uncoupled after the key has been turned, except when it is turned in the opposite direction. The key (3) likewise comprises a retractable pin (42) urged by an elastic return member (44) adapted, after the key has been turned at a predetermined angle, to be likewise pushed into the ramp and prevent the key from turning in the opposite direction, unless the pin (42) is retracted countering the effort of the return member (44). The invention is useful for making secure the handling of grilles and lids in road systems.
