Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1184080A1] The cutting surface is hollow-edged adjacent to the cutting edge and the cutting tool (2) is off-square so the cutting edge deviates from the section of a square tool in shape on the cutter shaft (1). The tool (2) fixed in the shaft (1) opening (11) projects from the shaft surface and the tool cutting edge is wider than a single point or has two points in which case the edge comes in zee form. This cutting edge can also be horizontally straight or again forms a truncated tip or is arcuate. The length of the tool (2) is such that its rear face (14) in the rotation sense bears on the surface (13) of the shaft hole (11) and so locates the tool lengthways.
