Abstract (en)
The second tool (11) yields axially to a fixed end setting against a variable resistance or a fluid cushion force out of a container (1). This second tool consists of a piston and piston rod (12) under fluid load out of container (1). The tool (11) rides within a clamping sleeve (6) to fix the tool axially under a radial clamping force applied by hydraulic fluid. The tool (11) head (15) presses against the workpiece and yields elastically in the direction of tool movement.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein flexibles Werkzeug zur Bildung einer Anlagefläche für ein Werkstück bei einer Umformung des Werkstücks. Das Werkzeug umfasst: ein Werkzeuggestell (4), ein erstes Formelement (11), das einen Teil der Anlagefläche bildet, und ein zweites Formelement (11), das einen zweiten Teil der Anlagefläche bildet und relativ zu dem ersten Formelement (11) axial, nämlich in eine Richtung senkrecht zur Anlagefläche, bewegbar in dem Werkzeuggestell (4) gelagert ist. Bei einem als Matrize ausgebildeten Werkzeug ist das zweite Formelement (11) axial nachgiebig derart gelagert, dass es bei der Umformung aus einer Ausgangsstellung bis in eine feste Endstellung gegen eine Widerstandskraft (D; Dn) axial bewegbar ist. <IMAGE>
