[origin: EP1184516A2] The plate (1) has blades (2,3,4) with radially inner (2a,3a,4a) and radially outer ends (2b,3b,4b). Some blades are located on different outer blade radii relative to the plate pivot axis. The ratio between max. outer radius (R2) and min. outer radius (R4) is 1 to 2 or larger, e.g. 1.4. Max. radius is approx. 360mm, with a blade length of approx. 250mm, and min. radius is approx. 260mm, with a blade length of approx. 150mm. The distribution plate has a concave surface.
