Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1184520A1] The odor trap for a ground drain has a filter (8) formed as a separate cartridge which is removably mounted in a housing (2) of the drain outlet (1). The filter forms a labyrinth seal inside its housing (9) to trap odors. The seal can have an upper filter screen (7) mounted in the drain housing. The trap can be retained in the drain housing by a bayonet fitting.
