Abstract (en)

The valve unit has a regulator piston (14), loaded via a control line (26,28,30) with the load pressure from the consumer. When a limit load pressure is exceeded, the piston is moved into a regulating position, in which a working connection (A) and a tank connection (S) are connected, and in which a pressure corresponding to the load pressure, acts on a piston end face (22). A measuring piston (32) is guided in the end face, and the piston has a radial bore (28) opening into an axial bore (26), to charge the measuring piston in closing direction, with the load pressure on the consumer.

Abstract (de)

Offenbart ist eine Ventileinrichtung zur Ansteuerung eines Verbrauchers, insbesondere eines Werkzeuges eines Harvesterkopfes, bei dem ein Steuerkolben zur Steuerung der Druckmittelpfade zwischen einer Hydropumpe und dem Verbraucher vorgesehen ist. Der am Verbraucher wirkende Lastdruck wirkt in Schließrichtung auf den Steuerkolben, wobei dieser bei Überschreiten eines Grenz-Lastdruckes in eine Regelposition bewegbar ist, in der der Druck am Verbraucher zu einem Tank hin abbaubar ist und der am Verbraucher wirksame Lastdruck weiter zur Stirnfläche des Steuerkolbens gemeldet wird. <IMAGE>
