[origin: FR2792461A1] The photovoltaic generator comprises a photovoltaic cell included in a transparent matrix having a dichroic filter on its entry surface and a reflective coating on its opposite surface. A photovoltaic generator has one or more photovoltaic cells contained in a transparent matrix comprising an optically active material which has an absorption wavelength ( lambda a) corresponding to a lower cell sensitivity range than its re-emission wavelength ( lambda r), the matrix having, on its entry surface, a dichroic filter which reflects wavelengths of greater than 950 nm and which is transparent to wavelengths less than 950 nm and, on its opposite surface, a coating which reflects wavelengths of greater than 400 nm.
