Ski (1) comprises a vibration damper (2) having a damping chamber (3) filled with a damping medium which changes volume depending on the bending of the ski and has an opening for discharging the damping medium, and an accumulator (9) filled with pressurized damping medium and joined to the damping chamber via a valve (8). <??>An Independent claim is also included for a ski jumping ski. Preferred Features: The valve is operated by hand depending on the loading of the ski. A control device (13) controlling operation of the valve has a time element determining the opening time of the valve.

Bei Sprungski weist einen Schwingungsdämpfer (2) auf, der eine mit einem Dämpfungsmedium gefüllte Dämpfungskammer (3), die in Abhängigkeit von der Biegung des Skis ihr Volumen ändert und eine Öffnung hat, durch die Dämpfungsmedium aus der Dämpfungskammer (3) austreten kann. Ein Druckspeicher (9), der mit unter Überdruck stehendem Dämpfungsmedium gefüllt ist, ist an die Dämpfungskammer (3) über ein Ventil (8) anschließbar. <IMAGE>
