Process for cleaning used bulk material textile containers (2) comprises passing air through the containers via an air supply (7) arranged on an inlet opening (3) and an air removal unit (9) located on the outlet opening. The air supply conveys a higher air volume than the air removal unit so that the textile containers swell. <??>Preferred Features: An Independent claim is also included for a device for carrying out the process. Preferred Features: The textile containers are located in hollow bodies and are vibrated using piston vibrators. The vibrators are connected to the containers using contact elements.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Reinigung von benutzten Schüttgut-Textilcontainern oder dergleichen, wobei der Textilcontainer eine oberseitige Einlassöffnung, einen in etwa quader- oder zylinderförmigen Stauraum und eine unterseitige, insbesondere tüllenförmig ausgebildete Auslassöffnung aufweist. Um eine Reinigung von benutzten Schüttgut-Textilcontainern anzugeben, mit der mit geringem Aufwand und bei vertretbaren Kosten eine so gute Reinigungsleistung erzielt wird, dass die derart gereinigten Textilcontainer vielseitig weiterverwendet werden können, soll der Textilcontainer zur Reinigung über eine an der Einlassöffnung angeordnete Luftversorgung und eine an der Auslassöffnung befindliche Luftabsaugung mit Luft durchströmt werden, wobei die Luftversorgung ein derart höheres Luftvolumen als die Luftabsaugung fördert, dass der Textilcontainer aufgebläht wird. <IMAGE>
