[origin: EP1186734A1] The unit has a pivoted grip plate covering an oval grip recess, and an associated lock cylinder. The cylinder (11) is positioned so as to be covered by the grip plate (6), and the plate has a central aperture for the cylinder to pass through. Half of the grip recess (7) is covered by the grip plate. Two lever arms (15) projecting from the central aperture on the back of the grip plate pass through an aperture (20) in the grip recess.
