Abstract (en)
The rapid exchange holder system for a tool is particularly for a round shaft chisel on a milling roller for road and path construction and involves an exchange holder (4) with an accommodation (6) for the tool (16) and a box (3) welded to the roller (2). On the exchange holder or in the box one to three wedges (10) are formed. The exchange holder and the box are held by a screw (5) in counterposed wedge engagement. On the exchange holder a downwardly drawn face wall (12) with a threaded blind hole (12a) or a central formation with a threaded hole is formed. In the rear of the box is a through passage hole (3a) for the tension screw (5).

Schnellwechselhaltersystem für Werkzeuge auf Walzen, insbesondere für Rundschaftmeißel auf Fräswalzen für den Straßen- und Wegebau, mit einem Wechselhalter (4) mit einer Aufnahme (6) für das Werkzeug (16) und einer auf der Walze (2) aufgeschweißten Box (3), auf der der Wechselhalter (4) mit einer Schraube (5) lösbar befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Wechselhalter (4) ein oder zwei Keile (10) ausgebildet sind, in der Box (3) eine bzw. zwei Aufnahme(n) (11) für den bzw. die Keil(e) (10) des Wechselhalters ausgebildet sind und der Wechselhalter (4) und die Box (3) durch die Schraube (5) in gegenseitigem Keileingriff gehalten sind. Der Kopf (7) des Rundschaftmeißels (1) ist ein Stahlgußkörper, in den eine Hartmetallspitze und der Kopf eines Rundschaftkörpers oder ein Körper mit Innengewinde eingegossen sind, in das ein mit Gewinde versehener Rundschaftkörper einschraubbar ist. Das erfindungsgemäße System zeichnet sich durch geringe Verschleißrate des Meißels, des Meißelhalters und der Halterbox aus. <IMAGE>
