Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1187095A2] A dynamic time warping algorithm allocates phonemes to graphemes that create them. A relative frequency is determined for each allocation of phonemes and graphemes for matching them to each other. A two-dimensional incidence matrix is prepared for each word in a lexicon, for which the word's grapheme produces one index while its phoneme produces a second index. The relative frequencies identified are entered for the matrix.
