[origin: WO0187116A1] A washing system having a hand-held washing device which includes a housing (1), a rotor (29) rotatably arranged in the housing and having a plurality of blades (30) so that when water passes through the housing the rotor rotates under the action of water, a washing tool (56) attached to the rotor so as to rotate together with the rotor and to allow water to exit from the housing, an elongated holder (2) connected with the housing (1), and a handle (8) telescopably movable on the holder so as to increase and reduce a joint length of the handle together with the holder to make therefore comfortable washing a part located close to the washing device when the joint length of the holder and the handle is reduced and to wash a part located further from the device when the joint length of the holder and the handle is increased, the housing having a first housing portion which forms a chamber (28) for the rotor, a second housing portion which forms a chamber (18) for accommodating a substance for introducing into water, and a partition (15) separating the chambers from one another and having an opening (19) for supplying the substance from the second chamber into the first chamber, the holder being connected with both the housing portions.
