[origin: WO0075877A1] A method and a device for the management of meeting costs of a plurality of meetings are described, in which use is made of a data-processing system, such as a personal computer. At least one identification feature is allocated to each meeting and each attendee, which features are entered into the system, and also the duration of the meeting and the hourly cost of each attendee. The system calculates meeting costs for each identification feature, and also the total meeting costs, and stores these data in separate files. The system can be connected to a special meeting clock, with which the costs of an ongoing meeting can be visualized.
