[origin: WO0101360A1] The invention relates to a method, computer system and program for processing, over the telephone network, bets or games of chance which contain tips and winnings requests. The invention disposes of a database and call distribution means (ACD) which are connected to the telephone network, accept incoming calls, and which distribute them to a plurality of processing queues (Q1-QK). The invention also disposes of a number M of listening or talking terminals (P1-PM) which are connected to M first processing queues (Q), and of means (ASR1-ASRN) for evaluating a caller identification of the caller. A number N of voice recognition modules (ASR1-ASRN) are also provided which are connected to N second processing queues (Q), which convert one or more tips vocally submitted by the caller into a data set that can be processed by a computer, and which store the same with the caller identification in the database. The invention is also provided with a selection evaluating device (ASRi, S) which is connected to the call distribution means (ACD) and which, according to an input selection of the caller, controls the call distribution means (ACD) for routing the call to one of the voice recognition modules (ASR) when the caller elects to submit a tip or for routing the call to one of the listening and talking terminals (P) when the caller elects to receive a winnings request.
