Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1188588A1] The suspension for an armored car has active suspension (1) with controls (8) to allow stabilization of the vehicle and adaptation of the suspension to the type of terrain and its contours. There are additional active suspension struts (2,3,4,7) mounted adjacent to each wheel on its axle with any additional load being compensated for by the controls so that the suspension works as originally.
