Abstract (en)
Detergent tablets with a polyurethane coating based on di-isocyanates and diols which consist at least partly of polyethylene glycols and/or polypropylene glycols with 5-20000 alkylene oxide units. Washing or cleaning (detergent) tablets comprising compressed detergent particles containing builders and optionally other components are provided with a coating containing polyurethanes derived from diisocyanates of formula (I) and diols of formula (II) which consist at least partly of polyethylene glycols (IIa) and/or polypropylene glycols (IIb). R<1>,R<2> = optionally substituted, linear or branched 1-24C alkyl(ene), aryl(ene) or alkylaryl(ene); and n = 5-2000. An Independent claim is also included for a method for the production of these tablets by compressing particles of a detergent composition and then coating the tablets by immersion in or spraying with a melt, solution or dispersion of polyurethane(s) as described above.

Beschichtete Wasch- oder Reinigungsmittelformkörper bei denen die Beschichtung sowohl die Formkörper gegen mechanische Belastung schützt als auch ohne Zusatz von Desintegrationshilfsmitteln schnell desintegrierbar und/oder löslich ist, sind mit einer Beschichtung versehen, welche Polyurethane aus Diisocyanaten (I) und Diolen (II) enthält O=C=N-R<1>-N=C=O H-O-R<2>-O-H wobei die Diole mindestens anteilsweise ausgewählt sind aus Polyethylenglycolen (II a) und/oder Polypropylenglycolen (II b) H-(O-CH2-CH2)n-OH <IMAGE> und R<1> sowie R<2> unabhängig voneinander für einen substituierten oder unsubstituierten, geradkettigen oder verzweigten Alkyl-, Aryl- oder Alkylarylrest mit 1 bis 24 Kohlenstoffatomen und n jeweils für Zahlen von 5 bis 2000 stehen.
