Abstract (en)
The equipment for the low emissions cleaning of a tank has a cleaning lance (26) with a controllable spray unit (30), and a rigid lance shaft (28) connected to a HP line for cleaning fluid. A control unit (38) is provided for the orientation of the spray unit, and a flange is provided for fitting on the outlet connection (24) of the tank. A branch (32) is installed on the flange and on one side has a connection for a drain hose (34) and on the other side a sealed opening for the lance shaft. An Independent claim is included for a procedure for the low emissions cleaning of a tank using the aforesaid cleaning lance and control unit to alter the orientation of the spray unit delivering the cleaning fluid into the tank.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zur emissionsarmen Reinigung eines Tanks (20) mit einem Auslassstutzen (24) und einem diesem vorgeschalteten Ventil (25). Diese Vorrichtung weist auf in Kombination für eine Montage am Auslassstutzen eine Reinigungslanze (26) mit einer steuerbaren Spritzeinheit (30) und mit einem starren Lanzenschaft (28), der an eine Hochdruckleitung (60) für eine Reinigungsflüssigkeit anschliessbar ist, eine Steuervorrichtung (38) für die Steuerung der Ausrichtung der Spritzeinheit (30), einen Flansch (52), der vorgesehen ist für eine Montage an einem Auslassstutzen (24) des Tanks (20) und ein an diesem Flansch (52) angeordnetes Abzweigstück (32), das einerseits eine Verbindung für einen Abführschlauch (34) ausbildet und andererseits einen dichten Durchlass (36) für den Lanzenschaft (28) hat. <IMAGE>
