Abstract (en)
The twin-belt sliver drawing unit, for a spinner, has a condensing section with suction applied to the drawn sliver at the belt guide cage (4). A channel (45) to carry blowing air opens into the housing of the belt cage, opposite the opening of the suction air channel (42). At the condensing stage of the twin-belt sliver drawing unit, a connection (44) for the blown air is at each spinning station. The connections are identical for each type of spinning station. An Independent claim is included for cleaning the airways in a pneumatic condensing station for the drawn sliver. The compressed air is blown at the same time as the suction is maintained, triggered manually or by a mobile maintenance unit which travels along the spinning stations.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Doppelriemchenstreckwerke für Spinnereimaschinen mit einer Faserbündelungszone, die sich dem Ausgangswalzenpaar des Hauptverzugfeldes anschließt und der eine Liefervorrichtung folgt, wobei zwischen dem Ausgangswalzenpaar und dem Lieferwalzenpaar eine pneumatische Verdichtungseinrichtung angeordnet ist. Die pneumatische Verdichtungseinrichtung weist eine Absaugvorrichtung auf, die als Riemchenkäfig ausgebildet ist. Gegenüber der Mündung der Saugluftleitung, an die die Absaugvorrichtung angeschlossen ist, mündet in dem als Gehäuse ausgebildeten Riemchenkäfig eine Blasluftleitung. <IMAGE>
