[origin: DE10041134A1] The L- or U-shaped metal plate (4) has at least one and preferably two inlets for a bolt and or a latch. The metal plate grips round a preferably plastic lining casing (7) which forms a corresponding shaft with the inlets and which is joined at least at points to the metal plate. One or more fixture frame strips (8) protrude across the lengthwise direction of the plate and are fixed to the door's edge-plate (3).
