Abstract (en)
The lamp unit has a housing (10) having an upper opening (12), a light source (16) and reflector (14) a protective glass (20) closes the opening (12). At least an optical neutral part of the lamp has a decorative section (24), this section, on the glass (20) is only visible from the exterior of the lamp unit after at least a reflection on the reflector (14). The decorative part (24) is produced by an adhesive motif stuck to the glass or the deposit of a material onto the glass. The material may be paint, ink, serigraphy of a metal deposit or the motif may be formed between the glass (20) walls. Alternatively a mask (18) may be inserted between the reflector and glass and the decoration is placed on an optical neutral part of the mask.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'éclairage ou de signalisation pour véhicule automobile comprenant, dans un boîtier (10) présentant une ouverture antérieure (12), au moins une source lumineuse (16, 16') apte à coopérer avec un réflecteur (14, 14') pour engendrer un faisceau lumineux, et une glace de protection (20) fermant l'ouverture antérieure (12) du boîtier (10). Selon la présente invention, au moins une partie optiquement neutre du dispositif d'éclairage ou de signalisation comporte au moins un élément de décoration (24, 24'), cet élément de décoration (24, 24') n'étant visible de l'extérieur du dispositif d'éclairage ou de signalisation qu'après au moins une réflexion sur le réflecteur (14, 14'). <IMAGE>
