[origin: WO0103853A1] The invention concerns a spray head (1) in particular for a high pressure spray gun comprising a rotary element (3) set in a central body (2) and traversed by a spray nozzle (37) and a joint (4) providing a sealed connection between the rotary element (3) and the gun, the rotary element (3) having a circular central portion (31) comprising the nozzle (37) and inserted in a lateral opening (21) of the central body (2), the circular central portion (31) being brought in translation towards the top of the central body (2) in a working position against an internal stop located at the top of the central body (2), the nozzle (37) set in the circular portion (31) of the rotary element (3) being in working position above the top of the central body (2).
