Abstract (en)

[origin: WO0102252A1] The present invention concerns a holder for a sack and a system for supporting and handling the holder. The holder includes a frame that stretches in a loop, for example, a ring-shaped loop, intended to be arranged at the opening of the sack and hold the sack in an open condition together with a means of holding the opening of the sack to the frame along the length of the frame, whereby the frame (1) is elastically deformable in the radial direction, such that the frame that holds the sack open by pressing against a base forms a section (4) that essentially follows the shape curve of the particular base. The holder can exhibit a handle (5) arranged on the frame (1) for manual handling of the same. Further, a system is described in which the holder is supported by a connector unit mounted either on a metal rod fixed in the ground or on a framework equipped with wheels or runners or on a fixture intended for fixed attachment.
