[origin: EP1192874A1] The conference table comprises at least two pairs of legs (1) linked by a cross-bar (2), the pairs being connected to each other by longitudinal bars (3). Cross-pieces are mounted at each end of the cross-bars. Bolts pass through the ends of the cross-pieces into locking plates on a detachable table top (4) and can be locked in place by a hand wheel.
