[origin: US2002033306A1] An elevator installation with multiple deck cars serves several floors simultaneously with one stop is controlled such that the travel requests are allocated to the most suitable elevator car of the elevator group and the allocation of a travel request from a starting-point floor to a destination floor to a car deck of the elevator car takes place shortly before reaching the starting-point floor. A travel request can also be redistributed or allocated to another deck at any time up to shortly before reaching the starting-point floor. The allocation of the travel request is carried out in dependence on general criteria and/or in dependence on allocated travel requests for the region of the starting-point floor and/or in dependence on allocated travel requests for the region of the destination floor.

Bei dieser Aufzugsanlage mit Mehrfachkabine sind mit einem Halt mehrere Stockwerke gleichzeitig bedienbar, wobei die Fahraufträge der geignetesten Aufzugskabine der Aufzugsgruppe zugeteilt werden und die Zuteilung eines Fahrauftrages von einem Startstockwerk zu einem Zielstockwerk einem Kabinendeck der Aufzugskabine bis kurz vor Erreichen des Startstockwerkes erfolgt. Ein Fahrauftrag kann auch bis kurz vor Erreichen des Startstockwerkes umverteilt bzw. dem anderen Deck zugeteilt werden. Die Zuteilung des Fahrauftrages erfolgt in Abhängigkeit von allgemeinen Kriterien und/oder in Abhängigkeit von zugeteilten Fahraufträgen für den Bereich des Startstockwerkes und/oder in Abhängigkeit von zugeteilten Fahraufträgen für den Bereich des Zielstockwerkes.
