[origin: EP1193358A2] Locking device comprises a key collar (2) inserted into a vehicle body (3, 4) in a lowered position and a locking mechanism (6) interacting with the key collar in a raised position. A folding lever (8) is provided with a floating hinge (9) and a fixed bearing (10) which lowers the connected key collar into its folded position in the vehicle body and raises it into its unfolded position. The folding lever has an operating arm (8a) and a support arm (8b) for the key collar. The support arm is connected at one end to the vehicle body in a fixed bearing so that it rotates.
