Abstract (en)
[origin: WO0104143A2] The present invention relates to novel proteins and to their production, from the prostase family. In particular, the invention pertains to a prostase protein or fragment thereof fused to an immunological fusion partner, such as NS1. Such antigens may be formulated to provide vaccines for the treatment of prostate tumours. Novel methods for purifying prostase protein and homologues are also provided.
