Swimming goggles comprising a lens frame main unit, a protective pad, lenses and a headband device wherein the lens and the protective pad are assembled as one unit by compression to the lens frame main unit, said lens frame main unit having a central connector, an embedding groove located on the inside rim of the lens frame main unit and a compressing device at each end. The compressing device firmly fastens the lenses and the protective pad providing the performance of a face mask which enables resistance to water, freedom from the discomfort of pressure on the eyeballs and a broad field of visibility. <IMAGE>
