Abstract (en)

A device for homogenizing flowable materials comprises a homogenizer (1); and an inlet region (2) through which materials pass to reach the homogenizer. The inlet region has a current limiter (10) for controlling the flow of flowable materials into the inlet region. A device is arranged between the current limiter and the homogenizer to mix substances. Preferred Features: The current limiter has a device for actively conveying the flowable materials. The suction power of the homogenizer is higher than the flow adjusted by the current limiter into the inlet region.

Abstract (de)

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung zum Homogenisieren fließfähiger Stoffe, mit einem Homogenisator (1) und mit einem Einlaufbereich (2), durch den die Stoffe in den Homogenisator (1) eintreten. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, daß der Einlaufbereich (2) einen Strombegrenzer (10) zum Steuern des Einstroms fließfähiger Stoffe in diesen Einlaufbereich (2) aufweist und das zwischen Strombegrenzer (10) und Homogenisator (1) eine Einrichtung (11, 12, 13) zum Zumischen von Substanzen zu den den Einlaufbereich durchströmenden fließfähigen Stoffen angeordnet ist. Die Erfindung erlaubt ein definiertes und sicheres Zumischen insbesondere von Pulvern oder Granulaten zu fließfähigem Mischgut. <IMAGE>
