[origin: EP1197271A2] Water cooling line has inlet and outlet ends of single pipe sections (KRA) of a cooling tube arrangement opening out into water tank modules (WKMa, WKMb, WKMc, WKMd) which are commonly arranged on a water feed pipe (WZR) forming a horizontal support. Preferred Features: Adjusting elements are arranged in the water tank modules to adjust the cooling head nozzle elements and blowing nozzle elements. The water tank modules have a tilting and locking cover.
