Core structure has a core section (9,10) extending around a core part (11,12) which has a joint-free wall surface (11a,12a) for the burr-free production of the outer side (15,16) of the connecting flange (4, 7) of the housing and several axial core protrusions (20) in each flange for forming assembly holes (13,14). An Independent claim is also included for a device for producing the core structure. Ein Kernaufbau (8) zum Herstellen eines gegossenen Gehäuses (1) für Fluide weist im Bereich eines Anschlussflansches (4,7) des zu gießenden Gehäuses einen Kernabschnitt (9, 10) auf, der einen Strömungskanal (3, 6) des zu gießenden Gehäuses (1) bildet. Der Kemabschnitt des Kernaufbaus (8) ist um ein Endkernteil (11, 12) erweitert, welches eine fugenfreie Wandflächenseite (11a, 12a) zum gratfreien Herstellen der Außenseite (15, 16) des zu gießenden Anschlussflansches (4, 7) und auf dieser Wandflächenseite mehrere axiale Kernvorsprünge (20) aufweist. Durch letztere werden Montagelöcher (13, 14) in dem Anschlussflansch bei der Gießherstellung des Gehäuses (1) mitgefertigt und es entfällt eine Entfernung der Grate auf der Außenseite des jeweiligen gegossenen Anschlussflansches (4, 7). <IMAGE>
