Abstract (en)
Flexographic printing machine comprises a counter-pressure cylinder (10) and at least one inking unit (12, 14, 16) having an exchangeable printing cylinder (20) pressed against the counter-pressure cylinder, a grid roller (24, 38) pressed against the printing cylinder, and a doctor blade chamber (26) pressed against the grid roller. A washing cylinder (34) replacing the printing cylinder in one of the inking units (16) applies cleaning fluid onto the surface of the counter-pressure cylinder. Preferred Features: The doctor blade chamber of the inking unit provided for the washing cylinder is connected to a cleaning fluid feed system (50, 52) so that during the washing process the cleaning fluid is applied onto the washing cylinder via the doctor blade chamber and the grid roller.

Flexodruckmaschine mit einem Gegendruckzylinder (10) und mindestens einem Farbwerk (12, 14, 16), das einen an den Gegendruckzylinder (10) anstellbaren, auswechselbaren Druckzylinder (20), eine an den Druckzylinder anstellbare Rasterwalze (24; 38) und eine an die Rasterwalze anstellbare Kammerrakel (26) aufweist, gekennzeichnet durch einen Waschzylinder (34), der dazu ausgebildet ist, anstelle des Druckzylinders (20) in eines (16) der Farbwerke (12, 14, 16) eingesetzt zu werden und Reinigungsflüssigkeit auf die Oberfläche des Gegendruckzylinders (10) aufzutragen. <IMAGE>
