M = H, metal, or ammonium optionally substituted by one or more optionally substituted 1-18C alkyl groups; R1 = H, 1-12C alkyl, or 2-6C alkyl substituted by CN, COOH, OH or COOR4; R4 = 1-12C alkyl; R2, R3 = H, 1-6C alkyl, or 2-6C alkyl substituted by CN, COOH, OH or COOR5; R5 = 1-12C alkyl.
