[origin: EP1197387A1] The headlight (2) has an elliptical reflector (4), lens (12) and fixed cylindrical screen (14). In addition a number of screens are mounted on a conical support (16) which is rotated on an axis (18) by a motor (34). The screen axis is at an angle to the headlight axis (6) and the screens allow the beam to be varied to suit left hand and right hand steering and different road conditions
