Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1197450A2] The method for operating a suction belt feeder comprises forming the top sheet of a stack into waves using an air knife (40). This is intermittently switched on and off while the sheet is transported on the belt (36). An Independent claim is included for a mechanism for use in the method.
