Abstract (en)
A method for casting a concrete lintel over a door or window space uses a U-shaped mould (3) assembled from three sections (7a, 7b, 7c) of sandwich board. This has two outer skins (8) and an inner insulating layer (9). The adjoining edges of the mould are shaped to ensure that the inner surface of the mould presents a smooth surface for the concrete while the outer surface is also continuous and ready for rendering. The stepped adjoining edges also prevent thermal bridges at the edges.

Ein verlorenes Schalungselement für einen Sturz (3), insbesondere für eine Tür- oder Fensteröffnung (1), mit einem U-förmigen Querschnitt und jeweils einer U-förmigen Innenseite (11) und Außenseite (10) bestehend aus einem wenigstens zwei-schichtigen Aufbau aus einem Dämmaterial (9) und wenigstens einem Putzgrund (8), einer Kaschierung oder dergleichen, wobei zwischen der Innenseite (11) und der Außenseite (10) durchgehend jeweils wenigstens eine Schicht des Dämmaterials (9) angeordnet ist. <IMAGE>
