Abstract (en)
The bathtub or shower tray is provided outside on its bottom zone with a reinforcing layer (3) which consists of a flat plate (4) with ribs (5) on its side facing away from the bathtub. These ribs divide the reinforcing layer into compartments (6) which are provided with holes (7), and are filled at least partially with the bathtub or shower tray material. Also claimed are an application of the proposed reinforcing layer for production of a reinforced bottom zone of a bathtub or a shower tray, and a method for producing such a bathtub.

Bereitgestellt wird eine Badewanne (1) oder Duschtasse mit eingearbeiteter Verstärkungseinlage (3). Diese Badewanne oder Duschtasse zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Verstärkungseinlage (3) eine im wesentlichen flache Grundplatte (4) aufweist, die im eingearbeiteten Zustand zur Badewanne (1) hin zeigt, auf der bodenabgewandten Fläche der Grundplatte (4) Wände (5) vorhanden sind, welche die Fläche der Grundplatte (4) in mehrere Abteile (6) unterteilen, in jedem Abteil (6) mindestens ein durchgehendes Loch (7) in der Grundplatte (4) ausgenommen ist und die Löcher (7) und die Abteile (6) zumindest teilweise mit dem zur Herstellung des Bodens (2) der Badewanne (1) oder Duschtasse eingesetzten Kunststoff ausgefüllt sind. <IMAGE>
