Abstract (en)
[origin: DE10047401C1] The condensation device has a condensate collection container (20) provided with a spring-loaded 2-armed switch lever (30), used for operation of an electric switch (40), detecting the presence of the condensate collection container and monitoring its filling level, for supplying a cut-out signal to the control circuit for the laundry dryer. The side of the condensate collection container holds the switch lever in the switch operating position until a given filling level is reached, at which it drops, to allow the switch lever to pivot, with opening of the switch for preventing further operation of the laundry dryer.
