Abstract (en)
The hydrant has a valve housing and a narrowed diameter leading to the valve housing. A displaceably located check piston (9) is contained in the valve housing (4). The hydrant has a double seal with a cover pipe (3) and a valve housing (4) with a belly-shaped widened formation, to which is fitted a closure mechanism (7) with a valve piston (6). The check piston in the edge area of the diameter narrowed formation can be so far reduced radially in diameter that it can be guided out of the valve housing past the diameter narrowed formation.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Hydranten mit einem Ventilgehäuse und einer zum Ventilgehäuse führenden Durchmesserverengung. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, daß ein in dem Ventilgehäuse verschiebbar gelagerter Rückschlagkolben aus einer die rückschlagventilartige Abdichtung in einem Randbereich der Durchmesserverengung des Ventilgehäuses gewährleistenden Form und Größe radial im Durchmesser so weit verkleinerbar ist, daß er aus dem Ventilgehäuse an dessen Durchmesserverengung vorbei herausführbar ist. <IMAGE>
