[origin: EP1199426A1] The closure mechanism, inside the housing (1), has a preferably replaceable closure cylinder with a radial protuberance forming part of the shackle lock and movable, by means of a key, between a closed and open position. In its closed position, the radial protuberance blocks the movement of the shackle (3). In an open position, the shackle moves along a circle-arc section shaped track in the housing towards its lengthwise axis. The radial protuberance in the closed position fits into a cavity in the shackle.
