Abstract (en)

The present application has as subject a system of automatic devices for the transfer of insulated glass spacer frames between multiple working stations, these so-named stations including, in order to give an example, a machine (PB) that forms the spacer frame by beginning from a straight bar in order to obtain, by bending and/or calendering, a closed frame, a machine (DF) for filling the hollow part of the frame with hygroscopic material, a machine (MB) that applies the sealant to the spacer frame's side faces, an insulating glass manufacturing line (IL). An essential feature of the devices is formed by the particular way in which the same frames are handled in every phase during its conveying process, while taking into consideration the spacer frame's aspects of lightness, deformity and variety of dimension. <IMAGE>
