[origin: WO0105366A1] The present invention is a sunscreen composition in the form of an aerosol that foams. The composition contains a sunscreen agent, an emulsifier, a foam builder/stabilizer, a counterion, and a propellant. In addition, the ratio of the foam builder/stabilizer to counterion is about 1:4 to about 5:1.2 to ensure the foam quality and integrity.
