Device for influencing the deflecting position of rolled wire coils (DW) lying horizontally on a conveyor (FE) comprises a friction brake arranged at a distance from the end of the conveyor in the falling region of the coils and impinging the outer periphery of the coils. Preferred Features: The brake consists of a brush element (BE) tilted against the transport direction of the conveyor against the coils. The brush element consists of a rotating brush roller or a rotating brush band.

Eine Vorrichtung zur Beeinflussung der Abwurf-Fallposition von Walzdrahtwindungen (DW), die etwa horizontal auf einer Fördereinrichtung (FE) aufliegend, in einen unterhalb des Endes (FEE) der Fördereinrichtung (FE) und, in Transportrichtung hinter diesem vertikal aufstehenden Bundbildeschacht (BBS) abgeworfen werden. Mit Abstand von dem Ende (FEE) der Fördereinrichtung (FE), diesem gegenüberliegend und unterhalb der Einwurföffnung des Bundbildeschachtes (BBS), ist im Fallbereich der heran transportierten Walzdrahtwindungen (DW) eine Reibungsbremse angeordnet, die den Außenumfang der Walzdrahtwindungen beaufschlagt. <IMAGE>
