Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1201335A1] Device for producing non-ferrous metal cast parts comprises a hot chamber die casting machine having a riser formed in the casting container; a mouthpiece (11) arranged before a feeder system; and a chamfer before a die casting mold (16, 16a). The chamfer is part of a hot channel feeder system (13) that provides heat for the channels (14) and the nozzles (15) up to the mold. Preferred Features: Nozzle tips (23, 23a) are formed on the nozzles and are connected with a cam or compartment feeder system directly to the mold. The nozzle tips and the nozzles have conical connections for sealing.
