[origin: EP1201836A2] The water flow fitting (1), especially for sanitary and kitchen installations, has a mouthpiece (3) which can be selectively held at the fitting or removed from its mounting. The mouthpiece is linked to a flexible hose (10) within the fitting, connected to the mounting at the other end. When the mouthpiece is detached, the hose can be pulled out of the fitting, and the mounting is pulled against a return spring (14), which reasserts when the mouthpiece is replaced.
