[origin: EP1201850A2] A bottom mounting part (8) has at least one passage (7) through it and a bearing bush containing an axially fixed and rotarily mounted throat of a handle (29). The bearing bush is joined to the bottom bearing part and has a lock which can be blocked by a compression-spring-loaded (12) blocking piece in the form of a coaxial, outer ring (17) held on a ball-race (18). The locking arrangement consists of three, four, six or eight balls (23) radially movable and peripherally distributed in the bearing bush.
