Since the protrusions (2) protrude above the upper surface of the insole (1), even if they are collapsed, the insole maintains a continuous therapeutic effect based on the reflex zone therapy, and further since the protrusions can be tilted, the insole provides a user with a good feeling and the massage effect of his foot-sole.
