[origin: WO0112999A1] The invention relates to a screw device with a pipe nut (9) of a drive housing. Said nut can be screwed on a pipe (7) of a drive housing pertaining to a control rod, said pipe belonging to a nuclear power plant. The screw device is provided with a retention pin (13) that can be introduced into the pipe nut (9) of the drive housing. The screw device is characterised in that the retention pin (13), when being in the introduced state, is arranged in an inclined manner in relation to the rotational axis (15) of the pipe nut (9) pertaining to the drive housing. In a preferred embodiment, the retention pin (13) is oriented such a way that a component of the orientation (19) thereof points into a tangential direction (21). According to a method for locking a pipe nut (9) of a drive housing, a bore (11) or a groove is introduced into the pipe (7) of the drive housing pertaining to the control rod and through the screwed-on pipe nut (9) of the drive housing, said pipe belonging to a nuclear reactor (7). The bore or groove is provided with an inclination of the same kind as the inclination of the retention pin (13). The retention pin (13) is then introduced into the bore (11) or the groove. The screw device serves for securing a pipe (7) of a drive housing pertaining to a control rod, said pipe belonging to a nuclear power plant.
