Abstract (en)
The concrete slabs are produced on the basis of vibratory compaction in concrete-filled molds. The surface of the slab is obtained by stamping. The concrete slabs (2) are subsequently treated by means of soft materials (4) such as cloths, sponges, fleecy material, felt, rubber or plastic in strips as mops or brooms, and dipped in water, dispersions, inks or color mixtures, and hardened.

Verfahren zum Fertigen von Betonsteinen oder Betonplatten verschiedener Formate und Größen, wobei die Fertigung auf Basis der Vibrationsverdichtung in mit Beton gefüllten Formen und der Stein- oder Plattenoberfläche entsprechenden Stempeln erfolgt, die Betonsteine oder Betonplatten zumindest einer Nachbehandlung unterzogen werden und aushärten. Als Nachbehandlungsmaßnahme wird vorgeschlagen, die Oberflächen der Betonsteine oder Betonplatten mittels weicher Stoffe zu bearbeiten. <IMAGE>
