The vehicle has a lifting device (3) whose height is detected by a measuring device designed so that at least two measured value transmitters constantly detect the lift height and supply output signals which are independent of each other. At least one measured value transmitter is formed by an incremental transmitter (11) and one can be formed by a potentiometer (12). Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Flurförderzeug mit mindestens einer Hubvorrichtung und einer Vorrichtung zum Erfassen der Hubhöhe der Hubvorrichtung. Erfindungsgemäß ist die Vorrichtung zum Erfassen der Hubhöhe derart ausgeführt, dass mindestens zwei Messwertgeber die Hubhöhe fortlaufend erfassen und voneinander unabhängige Ausgangssignale liefern. Zumindest ein Messwertgeber ist von einem Inkrementalgeber (11) gebildet. Zumindest ein weiterer Messwertgeber ist von einem Potentiometer (12) gebildet. <IMAGE>
